Grace is a landmark office building in central Stockholm, first designed in the 1920s in an Art Deco style. The property was undergoing a major, full-scale transformation to meet the standards and demands of a modern workspace. The main goal was to create a flexible office that balances both the historic heritage of the space and contemporary, elegant design.

We worked closely with JLL on this project - GRACE needed to be presented as a highly attractive opportunity during the period of transformation. At the time when the marketing efforts started, the property stood empty and was undergoing extensive refurbishment. Our task was clear - to communicate the future vision in a way that potential tenants could experience and envision.

We delivered a set of CGIs with a focus on: architectural heritage and details from Art-Deco period, while still showing how the space has been truly transformed into a modern workplace, meeting the standards and needs of today’s workforce.
