WtR was founded in 2009.

Since then we have grown to a team of over 30 creatives, delivering products to our clients daily. Where did the name “Walk the Room” come from? How do you react to the changing market and shift the company to revolutionize commercial property leasing? How do you take a company of 1 to a thriving business of 30+?

Where we are now.

With over a decade of catering to the commercial real estate market, we’re seeing changes that cannot go unmentioned. This is why we’re broadening our offering to cater to the ever-changing needs of the sectors we work with - you can now choose between several different digital tools for leasing, whose main goal is to make your processes more time and cost-efficient. All of those products are and will be accompanied by our standard CGI products.

With the new offering, we believe we can bring commercial real estate to the future. We’re now delivering an ecosystem of tools that make leasing easier, time, and cost-efficient, and we’re constantly developing new solutions to make it even more future-proof.

The talented Walk the Room team brought our City of London office refurbishment to life with magnificent photo-realistic CGIs, walkthrough 360s, vignettes, and a doll’s house model. The project team were hugely impressed with Josh’s structured workshops, creativity in translating our ideas into imagery, and the quick turnaround of our feedback to produce a stunning set of marketing visuals. We look forward to working with Walk the Room again on the next project.
