Grove Business Park is a thriving commercial and innovation hub in the Oxfordshire Science Vale. The development consists of a mix of office, warehouse, light industrial, R&D, and leisure space across 24,150 sqm. The plan is to expand the property, creating spaces for technology, life science, and light industrial functions.  Our clients make sure the development was rooted in adaptability and sustainability, all while being perfectly connected to the nearby hubs and cities. 

We were asked to support the visual communication of this project at a stage when much of the new development was still in planning. Our task was to help the team articulate the client's ambition as a dynamic destination, showing how buildings create a comprehensive, connected, and well-designed whole.

The visuals became a key part of the project’s communication toolkit, helping stakeholders, potential occupiers, and partners see and feel what the future of Grove Business Park could be, before construction had even begun.
