The ambition was to create a calm, high-quality residential environment where architecture and nature feel seamlessly connected.

We were brought in to support the visual communication of the project at a stage where the vision needed to be clearly articulated to future buyers. Through a series of CGIs we captured the atmosphere of coastal living - highlighting the architecture, light conditions and the relationship between the buildings and the landscape.

The visuals became a central part of the sales and marketing material,

helping to convey not only the design, but the feeling of living at Lotsudden - grounded in nature, water and quality of life.
