We worked closely with Skanska during the early visualisation and marketing phases to showcase the key architectural features, such as the very distinct geometry of the facades, shimmering green detailing, and the unique blend between public and private office levels, making this project even more unique and standing out. We managed to deliver a set of CG materials that communicate Skanska’s ambitious plan - to create a sustainable, engaging workplace environment. 

Based on our long-standing collaboration with Skanska, we were entrusted to deliver the digital solutions for leasing. We created an Interactive Aerial (perfect for exploring the neighbourhood of the development) and a Digital Twin that allows deeper exploration of the available spaces for potential tenants.
