Solna Link is a new office development located in Solna, Arenastaden, one of Stockholm’s most rapidly evolving urban districts. Planned to be a modern workplace that prioritises sustainability, well-being, and great traffic connections, the building will offer around 35,000 m² of bright, inspiring office space with amenities. Solna Link is pre-certified for LEED Platinum and ZeroCO₂, with the ambition to achieve WELL Gold.

We worked closely with Skanska to create the visual communication and marketing materials for Solna Link at an early stage, when the development was still in early planning and pre-construction. The task was to help bring the project’s architectural qualities and placemaking aspirations to life, emphasising the building’s form, materials, and common spaces.

We delivered a set of CGIs, including exterior and interior renders, animations, and immersive 360° tours. Solna link is also one of the first developments for which we created a truly comprehensive package, binding our CGI expertise with our Digital Solutions offer, delivering Digital Twin and Interactive Aerial for the project.
