Based on the increasing amount of requests from our clients, we have decided to roll out a product that can be very helpful to you during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

While the office leasing market is expected to slow down in the coming months, companies least affected (or those driven) by the crisis will be on a lookout for larger office space. Other companies will seek to switch to a more cost-efficient and sustainable office setup. We want to make sure that those transactions will carry on as smoothly as possible – for all parties involved.
How it works
As in-person office viewings will be difficult or impossible, you can switch to remote viewings, using a virtual 360° tour.
You can simply arrange a phone or video call with your client or prospect, email them a link and engage in a quality conversation while giving a virtual tour of the respective office.
Benchmark pricing
► CAT-A 360° point: £1,000
► Furnished 360° point: £3,500
The total number of 360° points to showcase an office depends on your preferences and budget. As a rule of thumb, we recommend using one 360° point for every 3,000-5,000 sq. ft. (300-500 sq. m.) of office space.
Packages and volume discounts available upon request.

To create the virtual tour for you (refurbished office), we need only the floor plan and the location of the office, with a few photos (if available). For a new development, get in touch and we will explain more.
