With floor-to-ceiling windows on every floor, Pressehaus Podium is a seamless sanctuary of light, and offers some impressive views over central Berlin. TOG partnered with Universal Design Studio to capture and preserve the location's heritage as a press and media center. With standout features like a sweeping central staircase, a sky lounge with impressive Berlin views, and premium amenities such as a yoga studio, Peloton bikes, and fully stocked showers and changing rooms, this workspace is sure to please businesses and individuals alike.

TOG's Pressehaus Podium was an extensive project entailing 9 CGIs, 7 detail shots, and an animation to really bring to life all the stunning details and design elements. TOG sees design as the main differentiator between their spaces and other flex space providers as well as the main reason people come to them, which made it all the more important to get those details right when marketing a property under development. This marketing package allows them to showcase the property as a whole as well as zero in on the most unique details.
