Tailored Living Solutions' Great Suffolk Yard offers 66,936 square feet of new creative office space across six floors, with a private courtyard and multiple terraces. A mix of contemporary office space showcasing a sensitive restoration of eclectic 19th century warehouse style buildings, where the very best of modern design meets the industrial charm, character and personality of Southwark London.
Thoughtfully designed by architecture studio TDO for today’s discerning workforce, Great Suffolk Yard is WiredScore Platinum, BREEAM Excellent, and a WELL Gold Pre-certified Development. Communicating this brilliantly thought out project included 18 CGIs/renders, 1:30 Animation, multiple 360s, and a VR tour. All together bringing Great Suffolk Yard to life while communicating the building's potential and vision.
